SAKURA

I ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls for takeout and I usually love this place as it has the best flavors and I used to recommend it to everyone around this area HOWEVER I am MORTIFIED to have seen a WORM on my sushi which I removed and set to the side as pictured because I was wondering what the hell was on it. I did some googling and it’s an anisakiasis worm/ parasite/ nematode. This place does NOT use sushi grade fish and or does not freeze their fish to ensure parasite prevention. I feel sick to my stomach as I had 2 bites of sushi already and now I’m wondering if one of these things are inside me. I have a video of it moving too. This is UNACCEPTABLE and now I have to go to the doctor for prevention. I don’t mean to be harsh as I know this is a small business but this is just insanely gross and could’ve been prevented. Long story short, my entire order is now in the trash and I will never go back. That explains the reason people have gotten sick from “food poisoning”

On a job in the area, stopped by twice for takeout to hotel. Not a huge sushi-styles food fan for dinner so tried Hibachi chicken w/noodles; very tasty although would prefer just little less sauce, but that's just me. Second time tried Sakura Bow; deFlicious. Definitely recommend and would order both again. If had another night in town, ramen would be my next choice to give a try. Good eats at Sakura.

What a wonderful experience! Clean, tidy, lovely atmosphere. We got a Sakura and Hawaiian Poke bowl (for ease of ordering) and they were perfect. Also an order of: octopus! My favorite, and it was delicious. Plus, the bubble tea (ThaI and Coconut) were both wonderful; my favorite teas in a long while! Everything was so fresh and oishi! 美味しい 🎍💚💛

I genuinely want to understand why they placed my take out order in a stapled paper bag in such a way that the sauces and the soup came spilling out as soon as the bag was opened which left a whole mess. Secondly the customer service was pretty awkward. The lady had such a straight face and no matter how much I smiled I got nothing in return. The veggies were literally unseasoned and had no sauce for some reason as well. Honestly the quality of the food wasn't worth the money. I'm honestly disappointed and now I wish I should've went to a different restaurant. By the way the boba tea tasted like water literally.

Love this place. Been in for takeout so often the owner recognizes me on sight. Amazing food, friendly service. At times, we get food here every week. Can't say enough good things about it. Never sat and ate in the eating area. Probably not a romantic venue. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but you can definitely sit if you wanted.
